Add students and batches, then share each student's one-time invite link on WhatsApp. Guardians sign up, verify a phone number, and the reminders start working for you.

Collecting student fees on a tutor's behalf is a regulated payment business in Bangladesh. We are a software company, and we intend to stay one.

Paste your Google Meet or Zoom link into the schedule and students get a Join button. An hour of live video costs a student hundreds of megabytes of data; a recorded lesson does not.
No camera, no screen recording, and no promise that nobody can cheat — no app on a child's own phone can keep that promise, and we will not sell you one. What you get instead: marking done on our server, per-student shuffled papers, and a re-sit you grant.
The Android app is one shared Miya app; the icon and the Play Store listing stay ours. Inside it, from the first screen, it is your academy — your name, your colours, your logo.
SMS and WhatsApp reminders arrive from Miya, not from your academy's name. The message says which academy it is about; the sender line is ours because the carriers require it.

No — deliberately. A teacher account and a guardian account are always separate sign-ins, so nobody ever holds more access than their role should have.
No. Access to a batch comes from you approving the student, never from a payment. The app shows the fee ledger; it never locks a lesson behind it. This keeps your students' money out of app-store billing and out of our hands.
It stays yours. Suspension for non-payment never deletes your students, attendance or fee history — pay and resume where you left off. Deletion requests are honoured, including from backups within 90 days.
