Everything on the web, plus the shared Android app carrying your academy's identity — app notifications instead of SMS where a family installs it.
For example, an academy of 40 students pays ৳1,400 a month on Web, or ৳2,000 with the apps — however many batches those students are in.

The rules, in plain words
Counted per student, not per batch
A student enrolled in three of your batches is still one student on your bill. We count students with an active enrollment on the day your monthly invoice generates.
Mid-month additions are free until next month
A student you add after this month's invoice has generated is not back-billed — they first appear on next month's count.
No proration, no refunds mid-cycle
A student added on the 1st and one added on the 28th cost the same on the next invoice, and removing a student mid-month does not earn a refund. Simple beats clever here.
One-time onboarding fee
৳1,000–2,000 set when your academy is provisioned, depending on setup needs. We tell you the exact figure before you commit.
How you pay us
Your monthly invoice is issued 7 days before its due date, with a payment link. A subscription unpaid 3 days after the due date pauses — and pausing never deletes your data; pay and resume where you left off.
Your students never pay us
Student fees always go directly to your own bKash, Nagad or bank account. Miya Tutor bills you for the software and nothing else.
A person confirms the onboarding fee with you before anything is charged.
